Type as both people: Rahul asks, and Recall helps Aarav answer. Clicky, voice and form filling need the installed extension.
- Be Rahul: type a question in Simulate Contact at the top, e.g.
so when are we meeting for the project, and press Enter. - Be Aarav (you): click the message box at the bottom. Recall shows what you said before, with the date. Click Insert to use it.
- Keep typing as Aarav: grey text suggests the rest in your style (Tab accepts). Type a promise like
ok i'll send the slides tomorrowto get a reminder.

Open extensions
Visit chrome://extensions in Chrome.

Developer mode
Turn on the toggle in the top-right corner.

Load unpacked
Click it, then choose the unzipped recall-extension folder.

07Using Recall
Installed?
Start here.
Everything below runs in your own Chrome. Your chats and memory never leave it; only the few messages needed for an answer are sent, with secrets hidden.
Give Recall your chats
- Click the Recall icon in the toolbar: the Recall home page opens.
- On your phone, in WhatsApp: open a chat → ⋮ → More → Export chat → Without media. Upload the
.txt. - Or click Load Demo to use the sample chat, then Import.
Suggestions, recall, reminders
- On the home page, open the chat sandbox for that contact.
- Type: grey text in your style appears. Tab accepts.
- When the friend asks something you answered before, a card shows what you said and when.
- Type a promise ("I'll send it tomorrow") and Recall offers a reminder.
Clicky on any website
- Press Alt+Shift+K (or right-click → Ask Clicky).
- Ask "how do I …?" and press Go. Choose Guide me, Do it with my OK or Autopilot.
- Alt+D does a step, Alt+S skips it, Esc stops. Clicky never presses Send, Pay or Delete for you.
Ask by voice
- Click 🎤 in Clicky and speak, then click 🎤 again.
- The first time, allow the microphone in the tab that opens; the speech model downloads once (about 40 MB).
- Speech becomes text on your computer. Check it, then press Go.
Fill forms from your chats
- On a form, ask Clicky: "fill my address from my chats".
- A card shows what it found and which chat it came from.
- Click Use it and Clicky types it in. Not in your chats? It says so instead of guessing.
Carry text between tabs, and stay in control
- Select text, right-click → Clicky: take this to another tab. Open Clicky in the other tab and click Use it.
- See everything Recall remembers on the home page, and delete any chat, or all of it, any time.
More of your memory.
